Monogrammed Sweet Treat

This week, I thought it would be fun to use the Cricut Cake and make a few monogrammed cupcakes for my little ones. They absolutely loved the idea of having their initial on their cupcake. I think I will probably do this for them during the school year too and instead of bringing in plain cupcakes for their parties, we will put the first letter for all of the children in their class.

Here are the instructions:

1. Bake cupcakes as directed.

2. Add frosting (I used the pillsbury frosting in a can and it was great!).

3. Use the Cricut Cake Basics cartridge and cut out 2″ letters. Then cut out 2″ font shadows. Place on top of cupcake.

The Cake Basics cartridge has the alphabet, number and lots of shapes. Check out all the other fun shapes in this cartridge!

Have a great week and I hope you enjoyed the project.

Thanks,

Addison Paige

That is such a wonderful Idea! I’m hosting a baby shower next month and monogramming the cupcakes with the baby’s initials would be cute, cute, cute…and elegant too! Thanks for such an amazing idea!
